How do I use the transit service? We use a colour coded system along with a numbering system for easier use with the schedules. Schedules have all departing and arriving times at many locations along all routes. The route of the bus follows left to right for times and locations. T3 Transit also travels to Cornwall and Stratford locations from Monday to Friday.

Am I able to take multiple buses to get to my destination as part of a single fare?Yes! Simply request a transfer from the driver when boarding the bus. Transfers allow all passengers to complete a one-way trip without paying an additional fare and can be used on Charlottetown, Stratford, and Cornwall buses. Transfers are used for the next available bus, but not for stop-overs. Transfers are the passenger’s responsibility and no other transfer will be issued. T3 Transit does not issue a physical paper transfers; customers should inform driver while boarding if they need a transfer and the driver will verbally announce to the other bus over the radio. The customer should identify themselves as a transfer while boarding the second bus and inform their new driver which route they are transferring from.
